Requirements for address

• If you entered the wrong address while checking out, please contact our customer service immediately by re-entering your full address and your #POP order number at:

• As soon as an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected / changed, you will need to contact Canada Post with your tracking number to redirect your package.



You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped that will contain your tracking number. Note that your tracking number will activate when the carrier picks up your package at our facilities.


Changes to an existing order 

No modification can be made by our customer service. However, if you made a mistake while processing your order, you can immediately place another with the correct items and we will cancel your old order free of charge.



If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

• Underwear are not exchangeable

• the item must be new and unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your item as soiled clothing will not be accepted by our return department).

• If a product is not suitable or to your liking, we will happily exchange it for a store credit usable on our website for the value of your purchase.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns:

• Underwear (panties)

• gift cards are not refundable

Instructions for returns

To return an item, follow the steps below:

• Please write an email to our customer service at: with the caption: Exchange and your #POP order number

In the email, tell us your name and what you want to exchange

• After receiving approval from customer service, please send your item in, including 

your name and what you want to exchange the contents of your package against.

* Due to the success of our collections, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item at the time of your request. Where applicable, our classic return policy applies.



• shipping costs are non-refundable
• No cash refund is possible, a credit for the value of your purchase will be made
• Pop underwear credits have no expiration date


• If you have a promo code, please enter it in the appropriate field during your checkout.

• Once the order has been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to enter a promo code.
